TRR237 offers an individual career coaching program for female TRR237 members

The goal of the Individual Coaching Program is to make coaching available for the specific topics and, especially, at the specific times when you really need it. It aims to provide holistic career development support that focuses on identifying and utilizing your strengths.
Every human being is strong enough to grow in the light of challenges. Find support here in facing your challenges and in realizing your personal wishes, ambitions and goals.

The career counselor Viola Kraus provides her services for you:

• personal and professional growth
• soft skills (e.g. conflict management, time management)
• decision-making processes
• negotiation techniques
• work-life-balance
• personal issues related to job satisfaction and performance, such as fears or exhaustion

Who is eligible?
We offer the opportunity for Individual Coaching for
1. Women scientists funded by or closely associated with the TRR237
2. All female students funded by the TRR237

How does it work?
You can make an individual consultation appointment vkraus@viola-kraus.com. Please mention your TRR237 affiliation. Viola Kraus receives a list of all female TRR237 members and sends us an invoice without names later on. Participation is therefore completely anonymous!
