Nucleic Acid Immunity Meeting 2023

The International Conference on Nucleic Acid Immunity of the Collaborative Research Center/Transregio 237 (SFB/TRR237) "Nucleic Acid Immunity" took place from October 26th to 28th in the German Hygiene Museum Dresden.
Almost 200 scientists from all over the world took part in the conference to exchange information about the latest scientific findings on the topic of nucleic acid immunity. Young scientists in particular had the unique opportunity to present unpublished data and to discuss and network with internationally renowned researchers from various disciplines in a relaxed atmosphere. The focus of the conference was on molecular mechanisms of immune recognition of nucleic acids and the signaling pathways involved, as well as disease mechanisms that arise from genetically determined disorders of nucleic acid immunity.
In addition to plenary lectures, selected short lectures and posters, the lectures by key note speakers Sun Hur (Harvard University) and Jean-Laurent Casanova (Rockefeller University) were among the highlights of the conference.
